Has anyone tried DIY baby wipes??

I'm thinking of doing this due to Elise getting real bad diaper rash so frequently. I'm just wondering if doing it my self I can avoid diaper rash?

When Tristen was younger we did water and paper towels. I wanted to do cloth but we were not in a place where I had my own washer and dryer so I wasn't able to do laundry as often as I wanted too. With this baby I am planning on using all of the baby washcloths that I have as wipes.

Yeah we used just water. I know you can add a little baby soap to it but the skin on his legs broke out so bad that I didn't add anything.

We have always used Johnson and Johnson baby shampoo as shampoo and body wash. Everything else makes his eczema flare up.
