What your toddler needs to be healthy

Fruit and vegetables 4 or more servings a day, including juice
Fruit and vegetables 2 to 6 tablespoons
Fruit and vegetable juice1 to 3 ounces

Meat,fish and beans
meat fish and poultry 2 to3 tablespoons
1 egg
Beans 1 to 3 cooked tablespoons must be mashed first
Milk and Dairy
3 to 4 servings Cheese 3ounces
Yogurt 1/2 cup
Cottage cheese 1 ounce
Cows milk 1/2 cup

Cereals and breads
4 or more servings a day
Rice3 to 6 tablespoons
Dry cereal 1/2 cup
Macaroni/pasta 3 to 6 table spoons
cooked cereal3 to 6 tablespoons
Bread 1/2 or 1 slice
