7 months breastfeeding a teradactyl

Getting tired of the pinching biting... twisting climbing nipple games.... I just set h r down and let her scream sometimes like right now for 5....... I want to keep feeding ... just this past 2 weeks is crazy. Any advice mommas.... thank you....

When Tristen did that I would always unlatch him and say no. He figured out very quickly that biting or pulling meant he had to stop eating. It cured it for the most part.

When mine have started that, they get told no and I unlatch until they behave.. Takes awhile the first couple feedings, but after that they get the hint that if they don't sit still they lose it.

Hang in there, try relatching, maybe a pillow or 2 to get comfortable and have her more comfortable while feeding. If you are doing the football hold make sure she has support for her body, I do the cradle hold and make sure her body is facing towards yours( tummy to tummy), my daughter was figity and I massage her feet or let her hold onto something like my shirt, bra strap that she liked the feeling of. I'm at 15 almost 16 months of breastfeeding. If you need more ideas i've got more.

I know how you feel Meg, hang in there. I just completely weened James about a week ago. (he's 20 months). He used to bite me a ton, and I would flick his foot saying ow, or else I would unlatch him and tell him no biting.
