    Shower? What's a shower?

I can't say I know what twins are like, but I do know what no showers are like. Is there anybody you can ask for help? Hugs. You aren't alone.

Have you tried nursing both at the same time, also have them all in the bathroom playing and the twins in the tub with you if you have a big enough tub and wash your hair with the faucet so it doesn't splash them.

My friend had triplets. (They're 18 now.) I asked how she handled things when she was busy and the babies cried. She said she'd tell them it wasn't their turn yet. Maybe you could establish a "quiet time" during the day. Tell the babies that it's quiet time now; Mom has to rest. You could even play some soft music. Then take your break. If a baby cries, tell her it's quiet time. A routine is best, so try to set aside the same time every day. Hopefully the babies will learn that they need to leave you alone for a bit. Good luck!
