Breastfeeding

I'm exclusively breastfeeding and it seems my supply is a bit lower than usual. Is this normal? Do other moms who are breastfeeding have days when their supply is less than usual?

I use it occasionally. Maybe I'll try that:)

Yes, or your supply could be evening out. About that time is when my body starts to realize when baby wants to eat so my boobs don't fill up unless I hear a baby (or a cat...lol) crying. Drink lots of water. If she doesn't seem satisfied, then find some mother's milk tea or cookies. Oatmeal also increases supply.

I think maybe it is evening out. She's having enough poop and pee diapers. She seems satisfied! I do have mothers milk tea that someone gave me :) but today it seemed better!

Pumping wont tell you how much you have, but if your talking about like your flow isn't as heavy some food or lack of water intake can cause this. Stay well hydrated and try these foods to help.

Yes, I do need more water and some days I forget to eat. I've been trying to eat more. I've been hard boiling eggs to have something quick if I need it.

Keep taking prenatal vitamins they help when you skip a meal, try to prepare some snacks ahead of time too, Lots of water!!! I am still breastfeeding and I know when she's ready for her bm i grab a snack and my water and let her nurse while i eat.
