Healthy toddlers.

Keeping your busy toddler healthy is very important. It's important to their mind, body and soul. Offer a variety of foods, offer water or plain milk, limit t.v time, routine for your toddler is important, both night and day. Join a play group, outside exercise, exploring, reading everyday, ect. How do you keep your toddler busy?
