How to deal with a whinny toddler?

I'm beyond frustrated I don't know what to do everything for her is whinning and crying and for no reason everything with her is drama. God forbid you say no to her she will bang her head everywhere and trow herself in the floor crying very dramatically! Through the whole day all I hear is crying and whinning while playing, eating, bathing, everything. She is also extremely hyper! And gets hurt frequently when jumping, climbing etc.

What about what she's eating? Andrew goes through the roof when he gets sugar. Before we eliminated a lot of it, he was like that constantly-now it's just when he gets an overload. A lot of kids also react that way to red food coloring.

Grandma brought ice cream and glorified koolaid today. Andrew is LITERALLY bouncing down the stairs. :/

I don't give her sugar or food coloring. I was worried about ADHD but don't know if its to early to know that?

It's too early. A lot of it, if not all, is just normal toddlerhood.

I just wonder why a toddler would be so bored and mad all the time its so frustrating.

Not being able to explain themselves... Not having anybody to play with them. My two will sit in the middle of the pile of toys 'there's nothing to do!' They get a chore.
