Natural Remedies to help kids sleep?

I know of melatonin but I would not like to give it to her due to the hormones it has. I have heard of Hyland's 4 kids calm and restful but after doing research I found that it contains Aconitum Napellus which is poisonous and some kids have gotten very sick! So.... Its been 2 years that I don't sleep more than 4 hours a day! Anyone knows of any natural way to help a toddler sleep?!

Lavendar is a calming agent, have you tried it? I have a spray I got from Bath and Body many years ago I use when the kids are having issues settling down. I just spray it around their bed.

I used to use the Johnson's Lavender lotion but it did nothing.

I'd try a stronger lavendar. Get some lavender essential oil, dilute it with coconut oil (for every two tablespoons coconut oil, do three drops of lavender) then rub it on her torso before bed like lotion.

Banana and oatmeal as a snack before bed time, soaking in a warm tub and using lavender essential oils.
