Tired in the morning?
I've never been a breakfast eater, although I've always heard that you should eat breakfast. A bowl of cereal (hot or cold) or toast is about all I can eat in the morning, but it makes me so tired! I found a smoothie recipe to cure that, and it is great! I've had it two mornings in a row, and I feel so energized! It is: Soak a tbsp of chia seeds in a cup of water (or almond milk) for a minute. Then add a banana and 3 tbsp of almond butter. You can add honey if you like. Blend for a minute and enjoy. It's great!
