Making teething necklaces?
I am thinking of making teething necklaces with silicone beads, but not sure where to get the beads. Anyone notice if Joann's or Michaels carries them?
Is that really a good idea what if one of those little beads fall off they are the perfect size for a little one to chock on.
I agree, unless you can find hugo-mungo ones, which sometimes you can. Maybe a silcon pendant? I know Meg mentioned those amber teething necklaces the other day, but then you still have the issue with the cord too.
They make ones called Chewbeads really cute they sell them in a shop close to here. They seem safe but I'd never allow them to have it unsupervised
I'm not sure I would make my own.. they sell some really reasonably priced ones.. just be super super safe!
Thanks for the responses. I would not use small beads. I was just wondering if anyone has come across something like the chewbeadz in a store. I don't want to spend a lot when I could make it myself.
I haven't seen them. Did you figure it out?
