Struggles with being pregnant and having a toddler
My son is extremely attached to me lately. Maybe its because two new additions will be added to our family or he's just in a I want to crawl all over mommy like a tree phase idk any advice?
I tell my toddlers (like 10 times a day) when I'm pregnant "you can't climb on mommy, but you can sit right here and we can play" or "don't do that! you'll hurt the baby! baby owie!".. Yes it's constant reminding, but establishing a boundary now will help him understand a boundary later (be nice to baby type things).
i would explain all over again that mommy is pregnant and you can't climb on me. It would also prepare him for a new arrival
Yes, I become a jungle gym and trampoline and have to constantly remind my son not to jump on Mommy's belly.
