Ugh...

Trying to get myself back in shape...I don't like this. The last time I lost weight, before I had kids, I used to walk everywhere. Now that is not a possibility. Working out at home is no fun. Especially with a three year old that does not like it when you try to work out....not to mention I have forced him to let me work out the last two days and I have done an hour each day...I am sore! lol I haven't walked this funny since I was huge and pregnant. Hahaha

    It is so cold and windy here lately that it makes it impossible to get out. And we do not have a double stroller...and when I walk to work out...I walk! lol I walk fast and far. When I lived in California and wasn't married it wasn't a big deal, I would walk for hours at a time.
    Tristen gets so crazy that most of the time when I do work out, I put him in his room with the baby gate up. I feel bad, but that is what they are for. lol

    I want one of those ones that have the little stool thing on the back for the older kids. I think Tristen would actually sit or ride on that one because they can stand or ride.

      Ugh I'm there with you! I weighed 125 lbs before I had miss Nina...now I, well, let's say after 3 years and another baby I have 85 lbs I want to lose XD I used to bike ride for miles every day and was in great shape! Now though, I can't. For one, my bike Trailer only holds one kid. For two, Elodin's only 4 months old and cant be in one yet, anyway.

      But I've been trying to work out here at home! Plus our apartment has a 24 hour gym with lots of nice equipment that all residents have keys to, and can use literally any time of day or night, so I've been goin in there for a little bit laaaate at night when they're asleep. I aim to be back to pre-Nina shape by Christmas (hopefully sooner!) but it's soooo hard >.<

      I wanted to get a bike but my husband swears that I am too accident prone...I mean I've only had like 6-15 little broken bones or larger injuries...lol
      I am trying to learn to force myself to set a time frame but I love donuts too much!

        I try to walk in my treadmill every day at least 30 min. Lo is always pulling my legs or trying to get in the treadmill with me! I feel so FAT. I used to weight 160 now I'm 223! and walking with my toddler is not an option she hates strollers!

        Mine cry everytime I try to do any exercise. It is so hard to get them to let me do anything.

          Have you tried Yoga? I swear by it. I try to get an hour or more in a day and yoga has a way of relaxing me as well as getting me in shape. There are poses that are actually fun if James helps out.

          I have tried yoga. I actually do a lot of it. Mostly for stretching and it really helps with my carpal tunnel. Sadly it doesn't seem to help me with loosing weight. I love to do the yoga and pilates, I always feel taller and stronger after doing them for a while.
