so i been wanting to start working out and getting my belly tone but i will do it for a day and then i just don't do it anymore. i just feel like there isn't enough time in the day. i also not sure what i could do to work out my belly
Try yoga or Pilates, they work pretty well for toning belly's. I use a Pilates DVD because I have very little time as well and I can do it with the kids in the living room around me. They actually think it is funny and try to do it with me.
