Before i got pregrant i was 135 lbs when i gave birth i was 212 lbs im down to 180 lbs but it just stays there im eating healthy, working out.. How did you ladies make yourself feel beautiful after having a baby??
I was trying to eat healthy 5-6 times small portions, instead of 3-4 big meals. No bread, sweets, whole milk and cheese. I drink kefir every evening before going to bed, and also planning to do 1 "hungry"day a week, when you just drink water with lemon all day and no food at all.
thank you for the advice.. i'll have to try it out but i dont no about that hungry day lol :)
it's just to give your digestive system a break.:) and you can add ginger into your lemon water too.
Being CONFIDENT, obviously can bring so much more out of you.. you carried and created a BABY, that's so amazing - so embrace some of the changes that are now your normal :) In the meantime.. a positive attitude, stress-free mindset, staying consistently active and eating healthy can all get you back to where you want to be :)

..glad I could help! Being discouraged doesn't help your body change either.. so try, as much as you can, each day to be positive about eating well, going for a walk, or doing something active.. the second you notice some changes.. you might be well on your way ;)
