This is my second trimester. I'm planning to go for prenatal yoga classes in Toronto (http://www.newmummycompany.ca/services/baby-yoga-…). As I haven't tried it before, I'm little nervous. Is it easy to perform yoga? Will starting yoga practice in the second trimester affect my baby’s health? Are there any precautions to be taken while performing yoga? Up to how many months can yoga be performed? Can someone clear my doubts?????
