It happend!

I took the pregency test today and it said i was pregent. I had to go to my doctor today and he said yes! I am so happy! Do you moms know of things to avoid well pregent so i can know?​

            congrats you should go to youtube and watch a video called welcome to motherhood it is so true lol but as far as what not to eat or do
            ---no:
            -hot tubs
            - fish
            - drinking
            - laying on stomach
            any thing else if u dont feel right about it dont do it with out asking your doctor first

              There is a lot of contradictory info out there. For example, not only was I told not to avoid fish, but to eat a fair bit of it *as long as it had low mercury content* You can find lists online about which fish has what. Salmon is a good choice during pregnancy and has LOTS of amazing nutrients for baby and especially baby's brain. Prenatals. FOLIC ACID. Fish oil supplement. Microwave any lunch meat 'til it's steaming. Same with hotdogs.
