Ah... gravity.. balance.. centering yourself..
I have read that because you are.. GROWING A HUMAN INSIDE you.. it knocks you way off balance while being preggo.. meaning you can trip, fall or get shaky much easier.. and I think I have to agree.
I am lucky that I have been able to keep taking my barre classes.. if I stopped and started again I think I would feel completely knocked off my center of balance.
Did you ladies find yourself getting like this? Did you ever get dizzy or shaken more easily while preggo?
