best foods for pregnancy

I had anemia(low iron) during both of my pregnancies and craved sour green apples. I would recommend to get your vitamins at least couple months before the actual pregnancy to improve your health and continue to take them during your whole pregnancy.
The best foods for me were lean, beef, black beans, any kind of green food-lettuce, peas, cabbage. And my doctor recommended to have "5 colors a day"-green, orange, red, white, and blue. I like berries very much, I can eat blueberry and raspberry without any limit every day.

      I didn't eat horrible when I was pregnant but I didn't eat as good as I could have. I did stop drinking pop and drank a lot and I mean a lot of juice.
