do not wake them
Not waking them up is the most important thing. Stay calm and take them back to bed. Stop any feedings at night 3-4 hours before bed and make sure they go to the bathroom before bed as well.

Ah.. interesting post.. I have no experience with night terrors.. but not waking them sounds like a good tip.. and just leading them back to bed. Have your kiddos had them before?
My oldest suffered really bad one time she tried break out of her bed room window but ever since we stopped the eating prior 3 hours and she went bathroom nightly before bed they have stopped.
