O, love sweets! What can I do?

My friend recommended one diet. You can do it only on Tu, W, Th-3 days/week. And you can eat your usual food other days, but in smaller amount. You will lose 5-7 pounds/week

There you go, moms, sharing with you:

Day 1 (always Tuesday)
Breakfast

Peanut butter 1 tbsp.

1 toast

Grapefruit

Tea, coffee

Lunch: ½ cup of tuna

Toast

Tea/coffee

Dinner: 2 slices of meat

1 cup string beans

1 cup beet

1 small apple

Tea, coffee

DAY2:(Wnds)

Breakfast: 1 boiled egg

1 slice toast

1/2 bananas

Black coffee/tea

Lunch: 1/2 cup cottage cheese

5 saltine crackers

Black coffee/tea

Dinner: 2 wieners

1 cup broccoli

1/2 cup carrots

1/2 bananas

1/2 cup vanilla ice cream

DAY 3:(Thursday)

Breakfast: 5 crackers

1 slice cheddar cheese

1 small apple

black coffee/tea

Lunch: 1 hardboiled egg

1 slice toast

Black coffee/tea

Dinner:

1/2 cup tuna

1/2 cup red beets

1 cup cauliflower

1/2 cup cantaloupe

1/2 cup vanilla ice cream

Salt and pepper only, drink lot of water. T, W, Th ONLY!!!! No sugar!!!

    I don't think I could do this. I have a couple diet related items I agreed to review and am now regretting it because of the eating requirements - or lack thereof! I love my food! But I've agreed and am trying to get started on the products this week.....wish me luck!
