7 1/2 months pregnant-maternity leave

Maternity leave refers to the period of time that a new mother takes off from work following the birth of her baby. My company gave me 12 weeks off and allowed to use sick days and vacation time toward my maternity leave.
Some women take their leave a week to a month before the due date because of discomfort or the desire for time to prepare. Others wait until the last moment so they can maximize their time with the baby once it arrives. I waited until the last moment, I wanted to spend more time with my baby.
How about you maternity leave, what benefits did you have from your employer? Do you have any recommendations for maternity leave?

I didn't have maternity leave. I stopped working when I was six months pregnant. I had money saved and we used COBRA to continue my medical insurance
