I believe baby may have begun (or did) dropping. I find a lot of tension and pressure in my groin muscles and moving, be it rolling over in bed or walking (waddling, more like it) are strenuous activities that are often uncomfortable or painful. Any other mommies experience this? Do you think it means he will be here sooner? Any tricks to help? I've been using a hot rice sock and an electric massager.
