It varies for me
First time I was in labor for 24 hours and it took almost 2 hours for me to push the baby out. It has got a little shorter with each pregnancy, I am now expecting my 9th and with my 8th child I pushed for 45 minutes.
My longest pushing was my first and my last. My shortest was like one push, the doctor was barely settled and our second son, fifth child came flying out. She was totally unprepared, but she was late and didn't realize I'd been pushy for a few minutes and the nurse wanted me to wait until the doctor arrived! Crazy hospital protocol or just her personal preference.
