YOGA!!!! YOGA YOGA YOGA!!!! Lol!!! This is what helped me. Keep hydrated and do some prenatal yoga. I hate taking pills when I'm pregnant cause it makes me have issues with producing bowel movements. But when I started drinking more water and doing prenatal yoga, it really did help.
