everyone gotta poop sometime *teehee*

so ive always had a problem w/ constipation and its just worsened during pregnancy. when i actually do like im supposed to i move smoothly w/ maybe just a little gas prior. a glass of prune juice (more or less) nightly really helps. but a good diet w/ green leafy veggies n fruit as well plus the right intake of water helps the most. now u can do vitamins and even a natrual herb called lbs2 but those cause me cramps almost like a period. i guess everyone is diff but doing it natrually is def the best way :)
