What I've found about the topic.
I think yoga does not fit to all moms-to-be - but the yoga breath exercises would help everybody to relax and concentrate.
Yoga is an excellent exercise for pregnant women, but before doing yoga during pregnancy, every mom should consult with a health care provider first. Prenatal yoga and hatha (gentle) yoga are the best choices for pregnant women. Pregnant mom should avoid Bikram yoga, commonly called hot yoga, which involves doing vigorous poses in a room heated to 100 to 110 F (38 to 43 C). Bikram yoga may raise the body temperature too much.
I did not do any yoga when I was pregnant either, but I tried Bikram(hot) yoga couple of times, and I did not really like it, because the room was sooo hot..and I was sooo sweaty..
