Breastfeeding diet

I have been eating like I was while I was pregnant, Limit your caffeine intake. Just lean meat like chicken, turkey and ground sirloin. Lots of vegetables, I eat 2 handfuls of vegetables every meal. I always have fruit with my meals and for dessert. I love fruit and yogurt. I have allergies and I'm cautious about what I eat. I eat organic and wash all fruits and veggies too.
