Oral candidiasis

There is a children's disease as oral candidiasis. I faced with the disease when my son was 4 months old. I went to the doctor immediately of course. The doctor said that there are many reasons of this disease: not cured thrush in his mom; may not yet be finally formed the microflora of the oral mucosa; dirt on the mucosa (occurring when the child licking objects raised from the ground and the floor); use of antibiotics; low immunity and so on. It looks like a white cheesy plaque on the gums, inside of the cheeks, tongue it can be easily removed with a cotton swab. The doctor prescribed a good oral hygiene. I took the bandage wound it on my little finger, dipped in a 2% solution of baking soda (baking soda diluted in boiled water) and rub the gums, cheeks, tongue and then applied antifungal gel (or cream) to the gums and cheeks.

I am curious how the baking soda worked too.

I didn't even know about the baking soda solution or the oranges. I knew about the yogurt because of the good bacteria in it.
