dealing with stress during pregnancy

lost a close family friend and my 15 year old dog in the same night:'(... any advice on how to relax ?

    Create a piece of art or memory piece that can remind u of how u saw them. This can xpell some positive energy into the circumstance:) sorry for ur lose

        So sorry to hear of your losses. I think doing something for someone else whether that's an individual or a charity can quite often be therapeutic because it not only gets your mind off your grief but helps you feel good about helping others.

        I agree with doing something special to remember them both by.

        Pamper yourself and allow yourself to grieve.
