The same every night!

After dinner we do a bath (we cobathe) and put on pjs. Then we read a few books and he nurses to sleep. Then I put him in the crib and sneak out the door! We also use a fan on low (I read that fans decrease the SIDS risk) and we have a white noise machine that runs all night to drown out the dogs barking just in case. Being consistent with his routine has definitely helped him sleep better.

Hmmm... I have not heard that a fan decreases sids... but seems logical to escalate air flow! Thanks for the tip!
