dinner dilemma

this is one of those days when it seems I have been cooking the same thing every day of my life. Trying to come up with something new to make, that my demanding preschool divas and toddler princess will eat and not turn their cute little noses up at. Wish me luck!

I usually make sure I have at least two foods included in the meal that I know they will eat. I do really like your idea though. I think I will give it a try at the next meal.

I think that today the winter blahs are just hitting a little harder, so I can't really think of anything I feel like making. Of course, Kenny is getting ready to take Sophie back to her mom, so that always gets me down a little. Meatloaf, twice baked potatos, green beans, are dinner tonight. I've got at least two things on there that the preschoolers will eat, and if I am lucky, they may accidentally eat a green bean or four.

I'm a married SAHM after working outside the home until a year ago. I have 5 beautiful children, and 2 awesome stepchildren. I love reading, cooking, laughing, and family things. God has given me a lot of blessings, and I'm so thankful for them.
