Final Weeks!

Eeek.. I am in the total home stretch over here.. and I would LOVE to hear, besides sleep please (I get it), what's something you wish you would have done quick before the baby came!? :)

take a really good shower and wash hair. Sometimes new moms are afraid to shower or bathe right before because they fear their water might break and they wouldn't be able to tell. Clean, Clean, Clean. If you're up for it take some time to do some light cleaning. You might not be up for it when the baby gets home.

Make sure if you do go to dinner or movie that you are close to your hospital in case you go into labor. I went to dinner with my husband and family and was feeling uncomfortable when we were done eating and realized I was in labor when I got home. But I can't remember how far I was from home. It was 14 yrs ago. LOL

If you decided to watch tv while the baby is in the nursery, bring your own headphones. So you don't disturb your neighbor if your not in a private room and so you don't have to hear what they are watching if they were not considerate to bring their own. Be careful when going for a mani because of the fumes. You might just ask a close friend to pamper you by giving you a mani. If you go for a pedi wear a mask. Just my opinion.

oh if you get your eyebrows done you might want to do that too. Don't forget to shave. It's hard to do these things in a hospital shower. You want to do as little as possible once you are able to bathe.
