Healthy meals for your family.

​Salmon baked in foil is one of the favorite dishes of my family. Prepared quickly and easily. I will give an example based on one serving.

1 salmon steak;
a few slices of lemon;

spices (pepper, dried basil).

Wash the salmon steak, add the salt, put on the foil for baking and put it on a baking tray. Sprinkle with spices and put slices of lemon. Wrap the foil.
Put in a preheated (350- 400 F)oven for 20-25 minutes.

Good with the rice as a garnish. Hope you like it.

    I'm not to fond of salmon, but we LOVE flounder. One of my kids' favorite meals is baked flounder (I only use a little salt and pepper) with angel hair pasta and stir fry veggies.

      Too bad we didn't eat fish.....I need my mom to come again so my children can try some fish dishes. Hubby and I can go out while they have a fish feed! ;)
