Vitamin D drops

So I know that eggs, fish and milk have vitamin D as well as soaking up some time in the sun! Well I'm breastfeeding so I know she's getting vitamin D through me but our doctor wanted her to take tri-vitamin drops, which has vitamin D, A & C... I think it's unnecessary but I give them to her 3 times a week, just to keep her healthy.

Yea I didn't want to give them to her either, it was recommended for every day too, I thought that's really too much, plus she's already getting vitamins through my breast milk too. I take a prenatal/postnatal vitamin, so I'm sure she's very healthy!
yea, which is why i do give her the drops a few times each week.
