night time tummy trouble.

Last night around midnight I had very bad cramping in my stomach, it was bad enough to make me feel sick. I have researched and it seems to be normal, any advice on what I can do to prevent it?

Thank you both, I haven't announced to anyone yet, so this site should be very helpful!

I agree with Linda, sleeping on your left side with a body pillow, it helps with good blood flow. Also don't eat spicy food at night lol that happened to me if I ate too many tacos at night.

Ahh.. pregnancy! It can totally affect women in SO many different ways.. I would really monitor what you are eating.. sometimes you can trace it back to that (eggs and milk did that to me a time or two), drink LOADS of water.. hope you are doing that, get plenty of rest and laying on your left side will help blood rush to your heart and typically always helped me balance things out :)

Mara it would be in the lady regions, I think it is just my body getting ready for the bundle of joy!

My boyfriend has put me on couch duty along with a little exercise and healthy food for the day..
