I need help with bedtime. I lay my two year down at 8 30 and most nights it takes till 11 30 or midnight to get her to finally fall asleep. I need some tips!!
a warm bath then a bedtime story then turn on lullabytes it's apple app but you can set it to certain time but it's just soothing music til they fall asleep that works for my daughter and she is three but she was like that too but she look forward to story time and the music now that she just doze off
She is a child that has to know what is always going on so at bedtime she wants to hang out with mommy or daddy. And she wants to watch a movie or sleep on the couch. It's seems like if she doesn't get a nap then she goes to bed early but if she does then it takes her forever to get her down. I work different hours everyday so it's hard for routine some days because daddy works odd hours too.
