PCOS Medication?

When I was younger, I was diagnosed with PCOS. However, I've been pregnant twice since then and I've heard some people say that once you've been pregnant you no longer have it (I don't know if this is true)

When I got pregnant, I had been taking fertility supplements and such, and the second time was post miscarriage when my body was 'primed' for pregnancy I guess.

I've thought about getting treatment for PCOS to see if it increases my odds of a healthy pregnancy.

My questions are... Can you still have PCOS if you've gotten pregnant since diagnosis? And... Have you ever had PCOS medication? Does it have side effects?
