Best position for pushing out a baby

There are multiple factors involved when pushing out your baby; the size of the baby, the size of the mother, the position of both of you, etc.

Be prepared to try different positions and change your positions while pushing. Try listening to your instincts and getting into a position that feels right to you .

Generally working with gravity helps you. Push in an upright position, squatting, or on your hands and knees. Trust your instincts!

There is no one best position because there are so many factors involved.
