Early Labor Signs

Many women can be in pre-labor and early labor and not even know it. The signs and symptoms are early labor can be mild and can be similar to discomforts that you are already experiencing during pregnancy.

I strongly recommend staying at home while you are in early labor. Take advantage of being in the comfort of your own home, using your own tub, and getting to eat and drink as you please. Spending early labor at home with generally keep you more comfortable. Early labor can last for days and in some cases can go on and off over a matter of weeks.

Try to relax in early labor and stay calm. There is no reason to rush to the hospital, unless your doctor said to because you have a pre-existing medical issue.
