..work out go ahead!

I would love to know how many weeks you were held up from working out post baby.. I know it differs from gal to gal.. but just curious how many weeks in your doctor gave you the go ahead! And were you nervous to start up again?

    I started going on walks a week later, then I started yoga again last week. I will probably start going into my normal workout when Ben is 2, maybe 3 months old. Than again, im probably lazier than the average mommy :)

      Once I wasn't sore anymore I started working out, I think it was before Selena was 2 months. It all depends on how much you want to do, take it easy at first!

          I think it differs also depending on the type of delivery you had!
